Sometimes it’s profound….Sometimes you need dinner

THE FRIDAY THREE

STRESS. NUTRITION. HORMONES.

Three ideas for working in sync with yourself

Hi Reader

Three things for your Friday: one for stress, one for hormones, one for nutrition.

STRESS - The Course Correction

Being well doesn't mean never getting overwhelmed.

It means noticing when something isn't working and adjusting before you travel too far in the wrong direction.

A bad week doesn't require a complete reset.

Notice. Adjust. Continue.

NUTRITION - The Next Meal

One meal doesn't need to become a bad day, weekend or week.

If you eat differently from how you intended, don't compensate and don't wait until Monday.

Your next opportunity to nourish yourself is simply your next meal.

Return to normal at the next available opportunity.

HORMONES - The Luteal Lens

Things that bother you before your period aren't automatically meaningless, and they aren't automatically profound truths either.

Treat them as information.

If something suddenly feels intolerable, ask whether you're noticing a real problem, operating with less capacity, or simply having a difficult day.

Notice first. Decide later.

Which one did you need this week?

What’s one thing you’re course-correcting at the moment? Reply and tell me yours, big or tiny.

With care and wellness,

Cat
